Xiisada Itoobiya ay raadinayso marinka Dekedda Badda Cas; Soomaaliya oo diiday dalabkii

Tallaabadan oo sii xoojisay xiisadda gobolka, ayaa Itoobiya waxay dhawaan ka codsatay Soomaaliya in lagala xaajoodo sidii ay u heli lahayd dekedda Badda Cas, codsigaas oo uu hoos u dhac weyn ku yimid. Ismariwaaga ayaa salka ku haya rabitaanka Itoobiya ee ah in ay si toos ah u gasho Badda Cas, taas oo ay lumisay markii Eritrea ay xornimada qaadatay 1993 ka dib colaad saddex iyo toban sano qaadatay.

Ra'iisul wasaaraha Itoobiya Abiy Axmed ayaa todobaadkii hore ka dhawaajiyay digniin ku saabsan suurtagalnimada colaadaha mustaqbalka haddii dalkiisa uu sii wado la'aanta marinka tooska ah ee dekedda. Wuxuu ku booriyay baahida loo qabo in xal laga gaaro arrintan si loo ilaaliyo xasilloonida gobolka.

Wasiiru Dowlaha Wasaaradda Arrimaha Dibadda Soomaaliya Mudane Cali Cumar ayaa sheegay in Soomaaliya ay ka go’an tahay Nabadda, Amniga, Ganacsiga iyo Is-dhexgalka, balse waxa uu si adag u sheegay in Soomaaliya aysan u janjeerin in ay hesho Hanti Istiraatiiji ah oo la mid ah Dekadda. Wuxuu carrabka ku adkeeyay in madax-bannaanida iyo wadajirka dhuleed ee Soomaaliya ay muqadas tahay, isagoo caddeeyay inaan gorgortan laga geli karin.

Intii lagu guda jiray muxaadaro laga sii daayay taleefishinka Oktoobar 13, Ra'iisul Wasaare Abiy wuxuu caddeeyay "xuquuqda dabiiciga ah" ee Itoobiya inay si toos ah u gasho Badda Cas. Waxa uu ka digay in diidmada marinkaas oo kale ay horseedi karto cadaalad darro, taasoo keeni karta colaad. Abiy ayaa xitaa soo jeediyay in la siiyo saamiyada biyo xidheenka Grand Renaissance Dam ee Itoobiya si uu saamiyo la mid ah uga helo dekedaha dalalka deriska ah.

Hadalladan ayaa walaac laga muujiyay, gaar ahaan ka soo yeedhay Eritrea, oo u arkaysay inay yihiin kuwo “ xad-dhaaf ah” oo dadka indha-indheeya ku wareersan yihiin. Mawqifka Itoobiya ee ku aaddan arrinta badda cas ayaa ahaa mid joogto ah, laakiin sida tooska ah ee dhawaanahan loo adeegsaday luqadda ayaa dhalisay qeylo dhaan.

Alexis Maxamed, oo ah la taliyaha ugu sareeya ee Madaxweynaha Jabuuti Ismaaciil Cumar Geelle, ayaa isna ka hadlay xaaladda, isagoo sheegay in Jabuuti ay u furan tahay waddo nabadeed oo lagu galo Badda Cas, mar walbana ay diyaar u tahay inay xiriir wanaagsan la yeelato dalalka deriska ah, gaar ahaan Itoobiya. Waxa kale oo uu xusay in Jabuuti ay ku qaabili jirtay ogolaanshaha ciidamada badda ee Itoobiya, tallaabadaas oo loo arkay tallaabo wanaagsan.

Mar haddii xaaladdan dublamaasiyadeed ee cakiran ay soo baxayso, waxa ay hoosta ka xariiqday muhiimadda gelitaanka badda iyo suurtogalnimada xiisadaha gobolka marka ay dalalku kala leeyihiin dano iyo aragtiyo kala duwan. Baahida loo qabo wada xaajood nabadeed iyo xal diblomaasiyadeed ayaa cad si loo xaqiijiyo xasilloonida iyo iskaashiga Geeska Afrika. Gobolka ayaa si gaar ah isha loogu hayn doonaa hadba sida ay wax u socdaan.
